Week of November 5th-8th

 We have been using the headstand and candlestick to work on core body strength.  Amelia going up, Josephine is up, while Bella rests. 

Sophia, Audrey, and Abi still in cat role play prove that cats and dogs can cooperate. 

 Big results posted in a max rep pull up work out.  Many PRs where made while Stella and Izzy top the the class with 10 in a row each. 

Competitions like a double elimination L-sit competition are a fun way to teach intensity and sportsmanship.
