Twisp Gym
I have been asked to open a CrossFit style gym by a couple
in the process of buying the building east of the Twisp Bakery. The building needs some work and they
anticipate opening in the Fall or Winter.
The prospect of having a larger space to accommodate adults and more
children is really exciting.
Possible offerings
· CrossFit
or CrossFit style class what I call a General Preparedness Program (GPP). A GPP is basically to be come as well
rounded in all fitness areas.
· Gymnastics
lessons for ages 3 and up.
· Parkour
or Free Running: Using gymnastics to overcome obstacles in an outdoor
environment. Learn proper
technique with training on mats first.
· Child
Care
· Gym
rental for hosting birthday parties.
· Special
focus clinics for example soccer flip throw ins.
· Competitions
and fundraisers.
· Key
Club memberships for 24 hour availability.
Feedback
I am interested in finding out who
wants to get involved and how often.
What are some features and/or offerings are you interested in?
Garage Gym 307 in the Spring
and Summer
I plan on marketing and opening up
more classes but I need to see a surge in participation to make this business
venture a reality.
Thank you,
Coach Jeff
