Spring Schedule

April 8th - June 7th
Closed 4/24, 5/25-5/31
8 Classes for Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.  7 Classes on Wednesday and Friday.
Need 3 Gymnasts to open a Gymnastics class.
Need 4 Athletes to open a GPP class.
Rides after school may be possible. 
I follow the public school schedule.  If we have a half day we will begin class after school at 12:30.  We will not have class on full days off.

This is a proposed schedule and I am flexible enough to change classes.  When you contact me please have in mind a couple of days and times that could work and I will try to meet peoples needs.  
Class Description

Parent and Child: Gymnastics for ages 2-3 and a parent or guardian must be present.  30 minutes.  
$7.00

Gymnastics:  Ages 4 and up.  Includes gymnastic, tumbling, vaulting, low beam, bars, rope climb, and a mushroom substituting for a pommel horse.  1 hour session.  $15 per class.

GPP:  General Preparation Program with a goal of becoming as well rounded in the 10 areas of fitness as possible.  This is achieved by using weights, gymnastics, and mono-structural exercises such as running and jumping rope.  $10 per class. 

CWOD: Coach's Work Out of the Day.  This is my scheduled time to exercise.  Adults may join me, do a suggested work out, or do your own work out.  Work outs are limited to space and equipment.  No set fee for this open gym.  I just ask that participants "tip the pig" occasionally to buy equipment and supplies.  About 1 hour.

Specialty Classes:  I can specifically focus on any skill or athletic activity.  I have done soccer flip throw-ins, parkour, and Olympic lifting classes.    

Price Breaks:  Please ask about discounts for multiple visits per week and additional family members.
