This picture was taken about 5 minutes after the work out. Before this they were laying on the floor. Way to go kids.
Eamon Carter and Graham did the same WOD as the older kids with a few modifications. 10# med ball instead of 20#, lower dip bar, lower box jump 16" compared to 24". Eamon's 3rd round is an average of the first 2 rounds.
Form is coming along and the effort is tremendous. I do question some numbers like 35 box jumps in 30 seconds. We record the reps but let's not give it too much credibility.
